1. Courses

1.1 All students have to follow the health & safety procedures and guidelines of the tutor during the course.

1.2 The Prosthetics Studio reserves the rights to ask any students to leave the course if the student is: causing disruption, breaches health and safety guidelines or endangers themselves or others, have poor attendance or is excessively late, is not following a tutor guidelines. Where the student is asked to leave the course for above reasons, no refund will be granted.

1.3 Refunds will not be given to student who decide to leave the course for their own reasons.

1.4 Students will be expected to practice on each other for make up/ make up fx and prosthetics during the course.

1.5 The Prosthetics Studio reserves the rights to change course date, times and tutors in the case of special events and emergencies. Our student will be given as much notice as possible and offered alternatives. If the alternative is not suitable to student, refund in full will be given.

1.6 The Prosthetics Studio reserves the right to change the make up kit and brushes from course to course, only if there are better alternatives to do so.

1.7 Any materials (make up kits, brushes) are the responsibility of the student from the time they are handed to a student. Any replacements will be charge.

1.8 All students are required to leave work stations in an acceptable state, work stations must be clean and tidy at all times.

1.9 Students must notify The Prosthetics Studio of their medical conditions, allergies, special doctor requirements etc. or if they feel any allergic reaction to any of the make up immediately.

1.10 Students are responsible for their own photographs for their portfolios.

1.11 Filming during the course only with tutor permission.

1.12 Pictures and videos taken during the course may be used for future marketing purposes.

1.13 The Prosthetics Studio does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage of students personal belongings left on academy premises.

2. Fees

2.1 Course prices are liable to change at any time, but that will not affect orders that have been already sent to students.

2.2 All up to date course fees will be posted on the The Prosthetics Studio website and may vary from those included in the PDF Prospectus. All students should follow course changes placed on the academy web site.

2.3 The balance of the full course fee must be paid no less than 1 week before the start date of the course.

3. Cancelations & Refunds

3.1 Cancelation of the course given to The Prosthetics Studio in writing up to 30 days before the start date of the course, The Prosthetics Studio will refund all monies paid by the student less the deposit, which will be retained as an administration fee.

3.2 Cancelation of the course made less than 30 days before the start date of the course, The Prosthetics Studio reserves the rights to retain or charge full course price including the deposit.

3.3 In case of course cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances by the The Prosthetics Studio, students will be informed immediately and all paid monies will be refunded.
